影響食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的因素分析

摘 要：食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作的有效開(kāi)展能夠保障食品安全，確保人們的生命安全，但是食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性會(huì)受到一些因素的影響?；诖?，本文主要就制度、人員、儀器和試劑、樣品、檢驗(yàn)環(huán)境及檢驗(yàn)方法等影響食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的因素進(jìn)行了分析，并提出了提升食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的措施，以供參考。

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： The effective development of food inspection and testing work can ensure food safety and ensure people’s life safety， but the accuracy of food inspection and testing will be affected by some factors. Based on this， this paper mainly analyzes the system， personnel， instruments and reagents， samples， inspection environment， inspection methods and other factors affecting the accuracy of food inspection and testing， and puts forward the measures to improve the accuracy of food inspection and testing， for reference.
