食品用瓦楞紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度檢測方法的探討

摘 要：本文討論使用抗壓試驗(yàn)儀對(duì)食品用瓦楞紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度的檢測方法。通過利用壓板對(duì)瓦楞紙箱施加壓力直至得到“力值-變形量曲線”，如果紙箱的變形量過度，則紙箱不能使用。選擇可接受變形量范圍內(nèi)的最大力值為抗壓強(qiáng)度值，便于食品企業(yè)對(duì)瓦楞紙箱進(jìn)行入庫驗(yàn)收和質(zhì)量控制。

Discussion on Testing Method of Compressive Strength of Corrugated Cartons for Food

Abstract： The paper discusses a test method for the compressive strength of food corrugated cartons by using a compressive tester. Apply pressure to the corrugated box by using the pressing plate until the “force value deformation curve” is obtained. If the carton is tested excessive deformation， it can not be used. When the compressive strength of the carton is within the acceptable deformation range， it is beneficial for the food enterprise to carry out the acceptance and quality control of the corrugated carton.
