摘 要:影響玉米脂肪酸值測(cè)定結(jié)果的因素有很多,本文采用國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法測(cè)定玉米脂肪酸值,對(duì)粉碎磨連續(xù)粉碎樣品升溫情況、樣品制備后放置時(shí)間和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液放置時(shí)間這3個(gè)因素進(jìn)行探討和分析,為玉米脂肪酸值測(cè)定提供參考。

Abstract: There are many factors that affect the determination results of corn fatty acid value. This paper uses the national standard method to determine the corn fatty acid value, discusses and analyzes the three factors of continuous pulverization sample temperature, sample preparation placement time and standard titration solution placement time, so as to provide reference for the determination of corn fatty acid value.
