[Abstract]Platelet-rich plasma（PRP）isanautologous blood-derived productcontaininghighconcentrationsof plateletsand growth factorsthatcanpromotetisserepairthroughanti-inflammatory，proproliferative，andmicroenvironmentalregulation.In recentyears，PRPhasbeenwidelyusedinorthopedicrehabilitationduetoitseasyaccesibilityighiosafety，andfavoableeffec tivenessinfracturehalingandfunctionalrecovery.However，theuseofPRPinorthopedicrehabilitationstillfaceschallegessuch asindividualheterogeneityintreatmentresponseoptialdosage，andlong-termefectivenes.Thiseviewsummarestheompo sition，preparation，and biological properties of PRP and its application in orthopedic rehabilitation.
