數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新型管理人才能力培養(yǎng)模式探索

摘要：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的核心動(dòng)力。社會(huì)各行各業(yè)正大力開(kāi)展數(shù)字化變革，其快慢、優(yōu)劣是由數(shù)字化工程的實(shí)踐開(kāi)展情況決定的，其中關(guān)鍵要素是數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新型管理人才。人才能力的培養(yǎng)是復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，需要圍繞數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新型管理人才的能力素養(yǎng)、主要特征、科學(xué)思維、促進(jìn)手段等方面進(jìn)行深入探索。

Abstract：Digital economy has become the core driving force of economic growth.The various walks of life are carrying out digital transformation.Its speed and advantages are determined by the practice of digital engineering，and the key element is digital innovative management talents.The cultivation of talents' ability is a complex system engineering，which requires in-depth exploration around the ability and quality，main characteristics，scientific thinking，promotion means and other aspects of digital innovative management talents.
