“新醫(yī)科”背景下醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)卓越拔尖人才的培養(yǎng)策略
——以寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)為例
摘 要 醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)是一門(mén)理論知識(shí)性強(qiáng)、實(shí)踐技能要求高的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)和電子信息交融的專(zhuān)業(yè)，卓越拔尖人才培養(yǎng)是醫(yī)學(xué)院校探究的重要課題。文章以寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)為例，結(jié)合學(xué)校臨床教學(xué)改革試點(diǎn)班人才培養(yǎng)實(shí)施方案，以“新醫(yī)科”建設(shè)為契機(jī)，以全面提高人才培養(yǎng)能力為核心點(diǎn)，探討卓越拔尖人才的培養(yǎng)策略。

Abstract Medical imaging is a major that combines modern medicine and electronic information with strong theoretical knowledge and high practical skills. The cultivation of outstanding and top-notch talents is an important topic for medical colleges to explore. The article takes the "Medical Imaging Major of Ningxia Medical University" as an example， combined with the implementation plan for talent cultivation in the clinical teaching reform pilot class of the school， takes the construction of the "New Medical Science" as an opportunity， and takes the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation ability as the core point to explore the strategies for cultivating outstanding and top-notch talents.
