摘要對老年病人住院相關(guān)性失能現(xiàn)狀、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查工具進(jìn)行綜述，為臨床醫(yī)護(hù)工作者選用不同工具提供借鑒，為進(jìn)一步開展老年病人住院相關(guān)性失能的相關(guān)研究提供參考，同時(shí)為我國住院老年病人的干預(yù)及護(hù)理拓展思路。（剩余16635字）
