AbstractObectiexploetefctofompondlitospeumilinheprevetiooficotienceassociateddeatisieldely patientswithurosgicalICUMetods：totalof42edrlcotitpatints ineurosugicalitesiecarenit （Ud gradeAhospitalinShanxiprovincewereselectedandrandomlydivideditotestgroupandcontrolgroup，with71patints ineachgroup. Both groups ofpatientsadopted astructured skincareplan.The patients in test group had their skin smeared with compound lithospermumoil，whilethepatientsincontrolgrouphdtheirskinsprayedwithliquiddresingcombinedwithstomapowder.After7 daysofinterthitiicndsticicoedtiisad betwenthetogoup.Results：Fnall68cassestgoupnd67asesinhcotrolgroupcompletedetervtio.etie of incontinence-associated dermatitis in the test group was later than that in the control group （P<0.05） ;the daily drug cost of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） ; there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence， severity of occurrence，and average daily labor cost between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.The cost-effectiveness analysis showed that the costperunitofcurativefectintheexperimentalgroupwas37.56，hichwaslowerthanthat（6539）inthecontrolgoup.Tisidicated thatwhenthe preventiveefects were similar，theexperimental grouphad agreatercost advantage.Conclusions：Both compound lithospermuoilandtembiaioofliqiddressngandtoapowderanetielypreventthurrneoficoiecote dermatits.Howeerompoundlitospeoilafectivelyelateosettieoficotinence-asociateddratisitsaring method is simple，and the daily drug cost is relatively lower.
