AbstractOectieTxploethplatiotfeifoatiooledetidepractieAtervetiooeid withfebrlesezuresethds：AttalofdnibilezuerespitadiidgradAspecldospialian fromJanuarytoDecember2O23wereselectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandaninterventiongroup，with12Ocases in each group.Thepatientsincontrolgroupadoptedtheroutine nursing mode，ndthepatientsininterventiongroupwere giventhe IKAP nursing modeonthebasisofreceivingroutine nursing.Thehospitalizationduration，thenumberofdaysforfeversubsidence，the frequencyoffebrilesures，terecurencerate，tecliicalusingeffectandtheursingsatisfactionoftechdrenintetwooups werecomparedResults：Thehospitalizationduration，thenumberofdaysforfeversubsidence，thefrequencyoffebrileseizursandthe recurencerateoftechildeiteterventiogroupwerelwerthanthoseinteontrolgroupndthedierenceswereisial significant .-0.05 ;the clinical nursing effectiverateofthechildren and thetotal nursing satisfaction rateofthe main caregivers in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（ .（P<0.05） .Conclusions： Adoptingthe IKAP nursing modeforchildren with febrileseizurescould improvetheclinical interventionefectofchildren with febrile seizures and increase the satisfaction of the main caregivers.
