AbstractObjective:TexploretheefectsofAIWWandNRS2o02inthenutrioalriskscreeningofinpatientswithgastriccancer, andtoanalyzetheirapplicabilityinpatientswithgastriccancerMethds:Aconvenencesamplingmethodwasusedtoselect376patients withgastriccancerhoeretreatedinthegastricandabdominaltumorwardsoftertarygradeAtumorhospitalinGuangxifroOctober 2023toApril2024.AIWWandNRS2o02wereusedforutritionalsrengwith24hoursafterthepatientsadmisson.TheMP-SGA assessmetresultsereusedasthediagnosticiteriaformalutrition.Tensitivityspecificitypositivepredictivevalueegatie predictivevalue,positielikeliodratioegatieikeliodatioKappvalue,eceiveroperatingharacteristicOC)cueada underthecurveofWWandNRS2O2werecalcuatedResults:Atotalof376patientswithgstrcancerwereincluded.UsingM-GA as the diagnostic standard,254 patients (67.6% )hadmalnutrition.The risks of malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by AIWW and NRS2002 were 67.0% and 34.8% respectively.The sensitivities of AIWW and NRS2OO2 in diagnosing malnutrition were 0.98and0.51respectivelyandthespecificitieswereO.97andO.98respectively.TheKappaconsistencyresultsofAIWWandN002 with MPG-SGA were 0.928 and 0.389 respectively.The areas undertheROCcurves were 0.982 and O.788respectively.Conclusions: Both AIWWandNRS2O2couldprovideabasisforthescreeningofmalutritionriskinpatients withgastriccancer.In theevaluationof diagnosticeffcencyWWasaighsensitivity,oodonsistencywithGA,andsiplefeasyasessment.refoet is recommended to use the AIWW nutritional screening toolfor the nutritional screening ofpatients with gastric cancer.
