AbstractObjective：Tosummarizeandgeneralizetheimplementationstatusofnonbasiclifecareserviceprojectsin23pilotprovinces andcitisoflongtecareisurancesevicesininatoompaeadtoalyeteeistigprobems，ndtoropoesoetiatin suggestions.Metos：Byrviewingpoliciesandlierature，usingontentaalysisandescriptiveanalsis，weextractedaistofnobasic lifecareseveoiddmdepshpf long-termaresuatotl8blifeeperedAdoitalofctse analyzed.Among them，7 projects had a provincial and municipal coverage rate of over 50% ，while the rest did not reach 5O%.There are diferencesinthenamingofvarious projectsamongthe23 provincesandcitiesacrossthecountry.Conclusions：Totall23 provinces andcitiesinCinaaveconsistentdfiiosanduevencoverageofnonbasilfareprojetserearerelatvelyfealhprto andtraditionalChinesemedicineserviesinvolved.Itissuggstedtategovementshouldestablishsandardzedlistofobasilife careprojectsarifeatrootastegtemstisiclifepetsallustsie projects，focusonteongtedevelopmentofngtcareisurane，andadhalthpromotioandtraditioalCineemedicineseice projects.
