AbstractOjective：Toconstructaursingcarequalityevaluationdexsystemforpatientsaeptedextracorporealmembranepulmoary oxygenation（ECMO），toprovideanobjectivebasisforthenursingcarequalityevaluationofpatientsacceptedECMO.Methods：The CIPP modeland SERVQUAL model wereusedasthe theoreticalbasis.Andthe index system forevaluating thequalityofcarefor patientsacceptedECMOwasinitiallconstructedthroughtheevidence-basedresearchofJohnsHopkinsiteratureandsem-structured interviews，AndtendexsystemforevauatingthequalityofcareforpatientsaceptedECMOandtheweightsoftheindexesfrachlevel weredetermined throughtheDelphiexpertcorrespondencequestionnairesandthesuperoritydiagrammethod.Results：Theefective recovery rate of the questionnaires of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100% .And 69.23% and 26.92% of the experts gave their opinionsinthetworoundsofconsultationrespectivelyTheauthoritycoeficientsofthetworoundsofexpertscorespondencewere 0.935 and O.940，and the coordination coefficients were O.136 and O.137 respectively （all P<0.001 ）.Through two rounds of expert corespondence，thefinalevaluationindexsystemofqualtyfcareforextracorporealmembranepulmonaryoxygenationpatintsluded 4first-levelindexesOscod-levelindexesnd64tirdlvelidexesCocusis：econstructedevaluationindexstef carequalityisscientificandfeasible.Andexpertshaveahighdegreeofcoordinationontheevaluationresultsofindicators，whichcan provide a theoretical basis for objectively evaluating the quality care of patients accepted ECMO care.
