AbstractObjectie：Todevelopasecodarypreventoncogitioasessmentscaleforyoungandmidleagedstrokepatientsdprovidea scientificandoectiveassessmenttoolforthecognitiveassssmetofsecondarypreventioninyoungandmidleagedstrokepatients. Methods：BasedonthetheoreticalframeworkoftheHealthBeliefModel，theinitialscalewasformedbycondensingexistigstroke secondaryprevention guidelines，xpertconsensussemi-structured interviews，etc.Thescalewasrevised through tworoundsofDelphi expert consultation by mail.Results：The recovery rates of the two-round scale were 100.0% and 95.7% respectively，the expert authority coeficientswereO.937andO939respectivelyandtheKendal'scoeficientofconcordancewasO.190andO.158respectively P<0.001 ） Finall，asecodarypreetioogitiossssmntsaleforougndmdlagdstoepatietsafed，cheosix dimensios：disesesepblitseseverityeneisctioarrstactio，selfacynactiusoi7 items.Conclusions：Thesecondarypreventioncognitionasessmentscaleforyoungandmidle-aged strokepatientsconstructedbased ontheDelphimethodhasgoodrelabilityandsientificity.Itcouldeusedasnaesmentoolfortesecondaryprevetioncgitive ability of young and middle-aged stroke patients.
