AbstractOjectie：Toaalyetheagiflectionpntandifluencingfactorsofimpaiedcivitisofdailyliving（ADL）amongteelderly in China.Methods：BasedonthedataoftheChina HealthandRetirementLongitudinalStudy（CHARLS），theelderlyaged6Oandabove wereincluded.Thereceiveroperatingcharacteristiccurve（ROC）wasused toexplore theageinflectionpointofADLimpairent.And theimpactsofdemographicdatalifestyle，phsicalhealthstatusandotherfactorsonADLimpairmentamongtheelderlywereanalyzed further.Results：The incidence of ADL impairment among the elderly in China was 30.1% . The results of ROC curve analysis showed thatthe reaunder thecurve（AUC）ofagepredictingADLimpairmentamongtheelderlywasO.832（95%CIO.771-0.893）.Andtheage inflectionpointofADLimpairmentamong theelderlywas73.5yearsold.Age，placeofresidence，monthlyincome，participation in socialactieisendieifueingfctosofptaogtrlyia.ousistio pointofADLimpairmentamongtheelderlyinChinais73.5yearsoldAndagehasahighpredictiveefectonADLimparmentamong theelderly.ADLimpairmentisafectedbyvariousfactorssuchasage，placeofresidence，andmonthlyincome.Relevantdepartments should adopt targeted intervention measures to improve the ADL of the elderly.
