AbstractObjective：Todevelopasafety managementprotocolforenteralnutrition inadultpatientsundergoingextracorporeal membraneoxygenation（ECMO）andtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforinicalpracticeMethods：Byretrievingdomesticandinteational databaseliteratureeadingandsummarizingteevence，aprelinarysafetymanagementprotocolforenteralutritioninECpaints wasformulated.From MaytoAugust2O23，tworoundsofexpertconsultationswereconductedbyusingtheDelphimethodtoeviseand improveeprotooesults：totalofxprtspleedthtoundsfosuatios，eecoeryatesofuestioifeo rounds were 100‰ and 94.4% respectively.The expert authority coeficients of two rounds were O.899 and O.902 respectively.In the second roundofconsulaios，teictofaratiofachiatongedftoO2AdthKedalWficetfist， second，and third-level indicators were O.261，O.419，and O.236 respectively（all P<0.05 ）.The final safety management protocolfor enteral nutrition iECMOpdee safetymanagtprotolfteralutriidluppdpatitsmosodtifadadad provideaguidance forclinical interventions.
