Abstract：Underthebackgroundof theruralrevitalizationstrategy，thecordinatedmechanismof“tripartitegoverance”inrural areasincludestheeaspctsutonoyuleoflndoralgoverance，monghichutonoyisedogousdrivingforelef laisanecesaryaranteendoalgoveaceisimporantsupprtsedonteuentsiatiofrraldevelopenttablishingacoordinatedmechanismof“thregoverance”isconducivetoimprovingtheexistingproblemsinuralgoverance，uildnganew systemforruralgoverance，achievinghighqualityruraldevelopment，breakingthroughthelimitationsofruralgoverance，andisf greatsignificanceforlingbeautifulvilg.Atpresentinteprocessofth“thegoverance”inuralreas，tereeistpobls suchastheanualdereaseofhesubjectsweakeningtheself-goveringpower，thenarowcoverageofthepopularizationoftheruleof lawcultureinuralareas，ndthetrendofeconomicsupremacyfectingthefectoforalgoverance．Efortsshouldbemadetoaddresstheissusinfivespectspromotingthecoordinateddevelopmentofthe“threegoveance”inruralareastroughinterestubjects， consolidatingtelegalfoundationforalgoveanceattgasrootsvelptiigteualselfgoveancestemtouhultiplemeasures，uildingadiversifiedruralorganizationledbythevillgePartybranch，andactivelypromotingruralmoralgoveancein line with the development of The Times.
