A Study on the Research Hotspots and Trends of Government Function Transformation Based on CiteSpace

Abstract：Taking936academicjouralsonthetransformationof govermentfunctionsfromcorejournalsofekingUniversityand CSSCIfrom2008to2O24astheresearchobjects，thisstudyconductedtextminingandvisualizationprocessngofthedatausing CiteSpacesoftare，revealingtheresearchhotspotsanddevelopmenttrendsofthetransformationofgovermentfunctionsinhina.The resultsshowthattheesearchontetransformationofgovermentfunctionshastefolowingcharacteristics：fromalongitudinalperspec tive，itshowrendffrscesingenceaingndaduallcreasng；frootalpsetie，eaospt include“thecoresignificanceontainedintetransformatioofgovementfunctions”，“thetargetdirectionsetforthetransfoationof governmentfunctios”，nd“thessteusedtoeauatethfctivenesoftetransformatioofgovementfunctios”rougitetureanalysisofthe7emerentkeyordsandincombinationwithtelatestemergentwords，thissudyblievesthat“streamliningadministration，elgaigondpovinglatiodic”isrotiitiofasfoaoofetfuc Therefore，thisstudyprovidesfurthersummariesandthoughtstooferreferencesforindepthresearchandpracticalexplorationofthe transformation of government functions.

引言

1988年，我國(guó)首次提出“機(jī)構(gòu)改革關(guān)鍵是轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能”，主張政府經(jīng)濟(jì)管理部門(mén)應(yīng)更注重間接管理而非直接干預(yù)，提升宏觀調(diào)控水平，減少微觀管理角色[1]。（剩余8082字）
