Abstract：InJune2O23，the StateAdministrationofCulturalRelicsandtheStateEthnicAffairsCommisionjointlyisuedthe“OpinionsonFullMakingRevolutionaryCulturalRelicsResourcesfororgingaStrongConscousnessoftheChineseNation”，andrevolutionaryculturalrelicsareofextremelyimportantsignificancetouildingaStrongConsciousnessoftheCineseNationItotolyhelps promotethenationalspirit，enancentionalunityandpromoteculturalexchanges，utlsohelpstocultivatenewpeopleofthemes. ThearticleusestheStandardAnalysisLawandtheComparativeAnalysisLaw，basedontherelevantprovisionsoflawsandregulations suchasteCulturalRelicsProtectionaw，ndatthesametie，omparativelyaalyzsthelegislativeprovisionsofsomereprsetative places.Atpresent，thelegislationontheprotectionofrevolutionaryculturalrelicsinChinaisnotperfect，andthelawnforcementaccordingtolawdstoefurteriproved，soitiscsarytorengtnndimproethgalprottiosfvoluayulturalrelicsineandtrengtelgaluaranteeofevolutioaryemorialalndmuses，ostoceveiguality and efficiency guarantee for revolutionary cultural relics.
