Abstract：Atpresent，theconstructionofaco－governancecommunityisfacedwiththelackofco－governanceconcept.Party commiteeledersaveaklinksincomunitgoveasufcentscialparticiptionandinsufentutlatioofigialte nology.Toimprovetheconstructionofco-governancecommunityweusttartfromestablishingtheconceptofcommunitycogoveance，strengtheningthPartyCommitee’sleadershipovercogoverancecommunitisinmultipledimensions，takingultipleeasures topromotetheparticipationofpublicandsocialorganzationsincommunityco-goverance，andmakingfulluseofdigitaltchologto empower community co-governance.

伴隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快，城市社區(qū)居住的人口數(shù)量和人口比例在逐漸增加，社區(qū)逐漸成為公共服務(wù)供給、應(yīng)急管理、社會矛盾化解、社情民意溝通的重要場所，社區(qū)治理已經(jīng)成為社會治理的重要環(huán)節(jié)，社區(qū)治理對于政治穩(wěn)定、社會發(fā)展和群眾生活具有重要意義。（剩余7564字）
