Abstract： Based on the actual example ofthe ratingsdata storageand application systemconstruction project，aiming atthe diffcultcirculationofdata elementscausedbyatings fraud，blockchaintchnologyisproposedtocheve trusted management andcontrolof thewholedata lifecycle.According tobusiness neds，thesystemplatform is establishedbycomprehensively applyingBigData，cloudstorageandblockchaintechnology.Thefront-endandback-endseparationstructuresystem isadopted torealizetheconnectionwiththepublicblockchainsystemthroughthebroadcastand televisionblockchainsystem，soasto realizethecollction，ummarystorage，nalysis，certfication，ndotherfunctionsofusers'viewingbhaviors.Theaceleated data excange channel is proposed to solvetheproblem oflowcirculation eficiencyof data elements.Using data location modelsandaggregatedupload methods to accelerateblockchaindata exchangecanensure thesecurityand trustworthinessof ratings data.
