Abstract： In order to implement the nationalrequirements on strengthening the management of urban and architectural style and standardizing thetime for project approvaland service handlingofengineeringconstructionprojects，andsolve the problemssuchasiconvenientaplication，no-standard processes，andinadequatesupervisionfortheexpertreviewsiceof traditionaarchitecturallndscapedesignchmes，Tispaperitroducesindetailthetchicalideasofealzingtetraceability and whole-processsupervsionofthewhole process ofexpertrviewservice fromapplication，acceptance，processingandeview fromtheaspectsofoverallsystemarchitecture，monitoringrulebaseandfunctiondsign.Thepracticalplicationoftisstem inGuangzhou brings convenience tousersand improves review eficiency.Attheendof the paper，this paper prospects the further use of new technologies to build an expert review effect monitoring and evaluation system.
