Abstract： This paper is devoted to the design and development of a portal system based on technology middle platform. It aimstoovercome theproblemsofcollborativeworkand effciencyaspectunderthe traditional softwaredevelopmentmode through centralized service and standardized proces，soas tocope withthecomplex challenges broughtby theincreasing scaleofsofwareevelopmentprojects.Intun，ithancesbusiessfexibilityavoidsepateddevelopment，andaeleates thespeedofproductlaunchTheportalsystemisnotonlyacentralizedplatformforsharingservicesandcapabilities，butalso providescomplete tolsand frameworksformultiplebusinesslinesoftheenterprise tosupportther effcientcolaboration.The system has three majorcapabilities，service sharing management，platformoperation monitoring，andrapiddevelopmentof web sites.Thecaseanalysisshows that hesystemsignificantlyimproves theefciencyofR&Dcoaboration，educes theeorate， shortens the time to market，and provides solid technical support for the digital transformation of enterprises.
