項目教學法在食品毒理學自主學習中的實踐研究
摘 要:食品毒理學課程應用性和實踐性強,涉及的學科較廣,知識相對枯燥,基本概念繁多且晦澀難懂,導致學生上課注意力不集中,教學效果不佳。通過項目教學法與自主學習相融合的方式,激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,提升了學生學習的主動性,提高了食品毒理學的教學質量和教學效果。

Abstract:Food toxicology is highly applicable and practical.In the teaching,it is found that the course involves a wide range of disciplines,with dry knowledge,and most of the concepts are obscure,which cause the students to lose concentration in class,resulting in poor teaching effectiveness.By integrating project teaching method with autonomous learning,we can effectively increase the interest and innovation of teaching,stimulate students′potential for independent learning,and improved the quality of food toxicology teaching.
