電子組件用納米級三防涂層研究進(jìn)展
摘要:對于電子組件,傳統(tǒng)三防涂料不利于其散熱性和導(dǎo)電性,而納米三防涂層厚度較薄,不影響產(chǎn)品的散熱和導(dǎo)電性能,并可改善傳統(tǒng)三防涂層的功能。綜述了納米三防涂層的分類和相應(yīng)特性,介紹了國內(nèi)外最新研究進(jìn)展,對納米涂層在電子組件上的工藝適用性進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了納米涂層應(yīng)用中的優(yōu)缺點。

Research Progress of Nano-scale Conformal Coatings for Electronic Components

Abstract: For electronic components, the traditional conformal coating is not conducive to its heat dissipation and electrical conductivity, while the nano-conformal coating is thinner, does not affect the heat dissipation and electrical conductivity of the product, and can improve the function of the traditional conformal coating. In this paper, the classification and corresponding characteristics of nano-coating are reviewed, the latest research progress at home and abroad is introduced, the technological applicability of nano-coating on electronic components is analyzed. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of nano-coating applied to electronic components are summarized.
