AbstractThefundamentaltask ofeducation is tocultivate students'moralcharacter,andunderthe guidanceofthe"llround education"concept,vocational educationis facing howto more efectivelyachieve the goalofcultivatingstudents' comprehensivedevelopment.Inthis process,counselorsand professonalcourse teachers playanimportantrole,andhow to buildacollaborativeeducation mechanism hasbecome an important issue in higher vocational education.The article starts from the connotation of the "al-round education" concept,and takes it as a guide to discuss the significance, problems,andspecific paths ofbuilding acollaborativeeducation mechanism between vocationalcolege counselors and professional course teachers,aiming to achieve effective collaboration between counselors and professional course teachers in the education process and enhance the effectiveness of vocational education education.
