AbstractGrassrootscadresinuniversitiesareanimportantforceinideologicalandpoliticalworkinfluencingstudents thoughts andbehavioral habits，and playingadecisiverole inthequalityofeducationandthelevelofeducation.Inrecent years，significantachievements have been made inideologicalandpolitical work invariousuniversities，but there havealso been problems such as complex composition of ideological and political work teams，low degree of specialization，and disconnectionbetweecontentand practice.To promotethe developmentofideologicaland political work，universities need tostrengthen the leadershipofthe Party，leamadvanced ideas，enhance team building，improve comprehensive literacy， promote work innovaton，enrichideologicalandpolitical work models，andat thesame timecaryout workcollaborationto improve overall efficiency.
