Analysis of the Quality Evaluation of Ideological and Political Education Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on "Learning"

Abstract The ideological and political theory courses in universities are the main channels for carrying out ideologicaland political education in institutions ofhigherlearming, with special politicalatributes andvalue gudance. Traditionalevaluations thatfocus on"teaching" havedificultyin identifyingstudentscourse needs and diagnosing the quality of learning, while evaluation designs centered around "learning" are relatively weak. Students' classroom participation and the degree of learning engagement affect the eectiveness of teaching. Based on the perspective of learning engagement, this article designs a three-level index for evaluating the teaching quality of ideological and political courses from the two dimensions of participation and sense of gain, providing areference for optimizing the evaluation of the teaching quality of ideological and political courses.
