AbstractTThe ideologicaland political education teachers shoulder the glorious misson of implementing the fundamental task ofcultivating moralityand talents，and strengthening the construction of the ideologicaland political education teacher team inthe new era isof great significance.Tianjin，asanational vocational education demonstration Zone，isvigorously promoting theconstructionofthe ideological and political education teacher team in Vocational colleges.For the problems that exist in the construction proces，such as the unreasonable structure ofthe teacher team， the needto improveoverallquality，inaccurate implementationofadmissionandexit，andthephenomenonofprofesonal burnoutamong teachers，itisnecessrytostrengthentop-leveldesignandoveralldeployment，improvethe"quality"and "quantity"oftheideologicalandpoliticaleducationteacherteam，consolidatethe"way"and"technique"oftheideological andpoliticaleducationteacher team，establishalong-term mechanismfortheconstructionoftheideologicalandpolitical education teacher team，andstriveto build a team of ideological and political education teachers whoare inline with the characteristics of vocational education in vocational coleges and have both moral integrity and talent.
