AbstractWith the accelerationof global informatizationand the riseofemerging industries，electronic information innovation and entrepreneurship talents are increasinglybecominga key force in promoting technologicalprogressand industrialupgrading.The article takes electronic information majors asthebackground，explores the important value of integrating professional skilsand innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation in talent cultivation，proposes atarget system for cultivating electronic information related specialized and innovative talents，constructs a specialized and innovative teaching modelof "three mentors and four courses"，and designs a highly integrated practical activityof " industry universityresearch inovation"，aiming tosystematically enhance students' profesional skillsand inovation and entrepreneurship abilities，and construct a new educational and teaching model for cultivating specialized and innovative composite talents in the field of electronic information.
