AbstractTo achieve the organic integrationof"Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certification,"higher vocational nursing education must be guided by job requirements,integrating job demands,curriculum design,skills competitions,and profesionalcertification into teachingpractices tocomprehensively enhancestudents'professional competencies.Inadult nursing practice teaching,the OSCE training method in nursing skils competitions optimizes theteaching process through simulated scenarios,standardized assssment,and dynamic feedback,improving students'technical skils,clinical reasoning,and professionalcompetence.Thisarticle explores theapplication value,challenges,and practicalpathwaysoftheOSCE training method inadult nursing practiceteaching,aiming to promote the reform of adult nursing practice teaching models and facilitate the comprehensive development of students' professional abilities.
