Abstract:Toaddress theshortcomingsof tunnel stee frames,whichrequireextensivebendingandwelding,resultinhigh laborintensityforworkers,andpresentchalengesinensuringthequalityofthefinishedproductBasedontheHangzhouJinhua-QuzhoutoHangzhou-Shaoxing-TaizhouExpressayconnectionproject,andconsideringthehighvolume,dispersed locations,andsubstantialdemandforinitialsupportsteelframesacrosstunels,theauthorsdevelopedintellgentprocesing technologyforinitialsupportstelframesusedintunnelsThisincludesestablishingamechanizedandautomatedproductionline tominimizetheimpactofmanualoperationerorsonprocessng quality.Coupledwithadigitalmanagementsystemfor warehouse-styledistribution,thisapproachoptiizedprojectscheduling,ehancedconstructionefiiencyandenabledtracability throughoutproductiondistributionandinstalltion.Tisincreasesproducttransparencyandmanagementconvenience,providinga new approach and a valuable reference for processing steel frames in tunnel construction.
