Abstract：Aimingattheproblemsexistinginthequalitycontrolofkeyequipmentintheofshoreoilindustry，thispaper putsforwardideasforqualitycontrolthroughoutthelifecycleofkeyquipment.Firstidentifykeyequipment，thenidentifykey equipmentqualitycontrolriskpoints troughoutthelifecycleofkeyequipment，combineindustryexperiencetosummariealist ofqualitycontrolpointsateachstageofthelifecycleofkeyequipment，andfinallformtheabove-mentionedquality managementideasintokeyequipmentthroughoutthelifecyclequalitycontrolStandardizeddocumentstofacilitatepromotinand implementationintheindustry.Thefulltextreliesonthebusinessprocessesoftheentireindustryanddemonstratestheoveral ideaofqualitycontrolandimplementationofkeyequipmentthroughoutthelifecycle.Byaplyingthiskeyequipmentquality controliea，itpromotestheimprovementofkeyequpmentqualtymanagement，realizesthepreservationofkeyimportatassets of the company and enhances the intrinsic safety of offshore oil production facilities.
