Abstract:Concreteisacommonmaterialinthefieldofconstructionengineeringandiswidelyusedinvariousformsof architecturaldesign.However,defectsintheconcretestructureposeagreaterthreattothesafetyoftheentirebuilding.Judging fromthecommondefectsofconcretestructures,therearemanysituationssuchasunevencompaction,intemalpores,andcrack extension.Themainreasonsarerelatedtoinsuficientcompactionandlong-termstressduringtheconcreteformingprocessOnce adefectappears,thestressstateoftheconcretestructurewillcontinuetodeteriorate,resultingintheriskoffurtherdamageto theinternalstructure.Iftheinternaldefectsoftheconcretestructurecannotbedetectedinatimelyandefectivemaner,it mayleadtothesurfaceofthewalltoruptureandcollapseorevenoverallcollapse.Inthisresearch,themaintechnical methodsof ultrasonictestingareanalyzed,andthetesting principleisdeplyanalyzed.Itsthreeformsofatenuationarethekey todetectingstructuraldefectsofShanghai-NanjingDiagram.Basedonthistheory,threeequationsforultrasonictestingare furthererived,andthetechnicalprocessforultrasonictestingtolocatedefetsinconcretestructuresisclarified.Duringthe experiment, defects at positions of 3 0 c m ,60 cm, 9 0 c m ,and were detected respectively,which confirms the effectiveness of the ultrasonic detection method.
