Abstract：With theincreasing complexityanddiversityof companyequipment，thetraditionalrepair mode hasexposed many limitationsindealingwithfaulthandlinganddecisionsupport.Inordertoimprovetheinteligentlevelofrepairmanagement， thispaperproposesanintellgentrepairdecisionsupportsystembasedondatamining.Thesystemuses Internettechnologyand dataprocessingtocollctandanalyzealargenumberofhistoricalrepairdataandreal-timeequipmentoperationdataanduses dataminigtechnologiessuchasclassfication，clusteringandassociationrulestoautomatefaultprediction，taskschedulingand optimal allocation of maintenance resources.
