Abstract:Cultivating high-qualitypostgraduates to make themanimportant forcein promoting theeconomicandsocial developmentofthecountyandlocalitieshasbecomeasocialresponsibilityandhistoricalmissonthataplication-orientedlocal colegesanduniversitiesmustundertakeatthepresentstage.Therefore,itisaninevitabletrendtoestablishapostgraduate trainingmodelthatisinlinewitheonomicandsocialdevelopmentandenablesthepostgraduatestotrulyposessprofesional practicalandinnovativeablities.Inthispaper,basedonthobjectiveanalysisofthelimitationsoftraditionalgraduatetraiing modelandtheproblemsofappiedlocalcollges‘graduateeducation,combiningtheactualsituationofgraduateeducatioat DatongUniversityinShanxiProvincewiththeregionalsocio-economiccharacteristics,weanalyzedtheimportanceofthejoint trainingfromtheaspectsofimprovingthelevelofteachingstaff,resourcesharingandsoon.Meanwhile,weexpoundedthe constructionandimplementationplanofthegraduatejointtrainingmodel,anddiscusedthequalityasessmentofgraduate training toa certain extent.
