Abstract:The"dualcarbon"goalsrepresentamajor strategicdecisionmadebythecountrytoaddress climatechange,and theyalsoofersignificantopportunitiesforthedevelopmentofenergyandpower-relateddisciplines.Energyandpower-related disciplinesareakeyfocusintheconstructionofChina’snewenginering,providingstrong technicalsupportfortheeconomic developmentofthecountryandregions.Tomeethenational"dualcarbon"requirements,itisnecessrytoaeleratetherefo ofthenewengineeringtalentcultivationmodel,buildateachingsystemthatconformstothe"dualcarbon"strategic requirements,improvethecurrculumsetingandevaluationsystem,expandthepostgraduatecultivationmodel,buildan outstandingpostgraduateteamofthesamemajorandsystem,achieveequalemphasisonscienceandeducation,andenhancethe levelofnewengineringtalentcultivation.Thisresearchhasestablishedanewpostgraduatetrainingmodelthatemphasizesboth teachingandresearchunderthebackgroundofnewenginering.Inresponsetothediferentconnotationsofnewenginering,it hasprovideddistinctivetalentcultivationmethods,formedanewpostgraduateinnovationanddevelopmentteamtoachieveallround development,and at the same time promoted it externally to jointly enhance innovation capabilities.
