Abstract：The"dualcarbon"goalsrepresentamajor strategicdecisionmadebythecountrytoaddress climatechange，and theyalsoofersignificantopportunitiesforthedevelopmentofenergyandpower-relateddisciplines.Energyandpower-related disciplinesareakeyfocusintheconstructionofChina’snewenginering，providingstrong technicalsupportfortheeconomic developmentofthecountryandregions.Tomeethenational"dualcarbon"requirements，itisnecessrytoaeleratetherefo ofthenewengineeringtalentcultivationmodel，buildateachingsystemthatconformstothe"dualcarbon"strategic requirements，improvethecurrculumsetingandevaluationsystem，expandthepostgraduatecultivationmodel，buildan outstandingpostgraduateteamofthesamemajorandsystem，achieveequalemphasisonscienceandeducation，andenhancethe levelofnewengineringtalentcultivation.Thisresearchhasestablishedanewpostgraduatetrainingmodelthatemphasizesboth teachingandresearchunderthebackgroundofnewenginering.Inresponsetothediferentconnotationsofnewenginering，it hasprovideddistinctivetalentcultivationmethods，formedanewpostgraduateinnovationanddevelopmentteamtoachieveallround development，and at the same time promoted it externally to jointly enhance innovation capabilities.
