Abstract：Curently，militaryuniversitiesaderetotheeducationalprincipleof"cultivatingindividualsthroughvirtueand educatingforwarfare"，emphasizingtheintegrationofvalueformationwithskilldevelopmentandknowledgeimpartation.Thisis crucialforestablishingasolidfoundationfornurturinginovativetalents.Theproposedideologicalandpolticalideasinthe curiculumaimtoalignprofessionalcompetencyeducationwithpoliticaleducation，graduallyyieldingasynergisticeffect. However，therearepracticalcallengesinheurrentefoofdeologicalandpoliticalaspctswithprofessoalcourseuch asfragmentedpointsandmechanized teachingprocesses.Toaddresstheseissues，ourcourseteamtakesaprofesionaloriented approachindesigningandconstructinganideologicalandpoliticalsystemwithinthecuriculum.Wealsoemploythissystem's applicationandpracticeasmeanstoexploredistinctivefeaturesofa"concentriccircle"courseideologythatradiatesthroughout nucleardetectionstudies.Aditionallwebuildamultifunctionalsriesofdeologicalandpolticalcasedatabaseswhileuiling teachingmethodsthatintegratemilitarycivilianperspectivesandfostercompetition-basedleaingenvironments.Thesefortsim toevokecomprehensiveemotionalresonanceamongstudentswhileprovidingvaluableinsightsfordesigningsimilarcurriculaat otherinstitutions.
