Abstract:Astheprimarychannelforcultivatinghigh-levelappiedprofesionals,professonaldegreegraduateeducationis confrontedwiththedualchalengesofenhancing bothtraining capacityandqualityamidstenrollmentexpansion.Taking"Double First-Class"universitiesinWesternChinaasresearchsubjects,thispaperconductsacomprehensiveanalysisofthecurent status,existingisuesandcontributingfactorsinprofesionaldegeegraduateeducationfrommultipledimensionsincluding subjectiveperceptions,studentquality,trainingmodels,facultysupervision,platformresources,andprocessmanagement.The studyproposesaseriesofcountermeasuresandsugestionsfocusingon:strengtheningeducationalsupprtcapabilities, consolidatingtalentcultivationfoundations,implementingcategorizedtrainingrequirements,enhancingpracticalinstruction competencies,improvingindustryeducationcolaborationmechanisms,andoptimizingqualityasurancesystems.Theresearch outcomesaimtoprovidevaluablereferencesforadvancing thereformofprofesionaldegreegraduatetrainingmodelsand perfecting management systems in Western China.
