Abstract：Theevaluationindexsystemplaysacrucialroleinpromotingthedevelopmentofideologicalandpolitical educatioinuniversities.Thisstudyaddresestheshortcomingsoftheresearchontheideologicalandpolicalevaluatioindex system.BasedontheCIPPevaluationmodel，acombinationofquaitativeandquantiativeresearchwasusedtoconstructa preliminaryevaluationindexsystemforcourseideologicalandpoliticaleducationthroughNVivosoftwarecoding.TheDelphi methodwasusedtocorectandimprovetheinitialindicators，andtheAnalytcHierarchyProcessandMATLABsoftwarewere usedtocalculatetheweightcoeficientsofeachevaluationindexFinall，theevaluationindexsystemwasvalidated.The evaluationindexsystemissystematicandpractical，andcanadapttothedevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticaleducationin college courses and the evaluation work.
