軍隊院校聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式探索與實踐

Abstract:Thejointtrainingofundergraduateoficersisaspecificmeasuretostrengthentheconstructionofnewtypemilitarytalentteams,promoteoeneducation,andenhanceinterscholexchanges.Itisalsoabeneficialexplorationtodeepenthe reformof talenttrainingmodels,broadenthehorizonsofstudents,andenrichtheirexperiences.ThispapertakesthejointtrainingofundergraduatestudentsmajoringinInformationWarfareTechnologyinmiliaryacademiesasanexample,anddesignsa jointtalenttrainingtargetmodelbasedontheconceptofOBE.ByStrengtheningtheapplication-orienteddemandorientationof NewEngineering,wehaveresearchedandconstructedajointtrainingcuriculumsystemthatcoversgeneralfoundations,disciplinaryandprofesioalfoundations,andfirstappintment.Aqualityasurancesystecovringheentireprocess,allelements, andmultiplesubjectsofjointtraininghasbeendevelopedbasedonthePDCAdualcyclemodel.Aftermultiplebatchesof joint trainingpracti,theresultsshowthatthecompreensiveabiliesofjointtrainingstudentsinjointoperationsawarenesprofes sionalknowledge,andcombataplicationhavebeesignificantlyimproved.Meanwhile,thejointtrainingpathandpractical methodsproposedinthispaperhavesignificantbenefisandstrongpostefectsintalentcultivation,andhaveagoodradiation demonstration effect on the joint training of military majors in military academies.
