Abstract：Thediffcultyofcorecoursesbasedonmathematicsandphysicsofeninstilsasenseoffearinstudents.Itisof significantimportance toaddressthepainpointsofsuchcourses throughteachinginovation.DynamicMeteorologyelucidates the fundamentallawsofatmosphericmotionfroathoreticalanalysispespectiveandisatypicalfoundationaltheoreticalcousein atmosphericsciencemajors.Starting fromthelogicof teachingpainpointsandbasedontheeducationalconceptof "OBE （Outcome-BasedEducation）resultsorientation，"withstudentgrowthatthecoreand"dualstandards"asthecriterion，andin responsetothedualneedsofresearchandoperationservices，throughyearsofteachingpracticeandoptimization，ithas developedthe"fivetransformationsandfivepromotions"teachinginnovationmeasures，namely：step-by-stepprogresion， transformingdifcultiesintoease，promotingunderstanding;interactiverolereversalbetweenteachersandstudents，transforing teachingintoguidance，promotingthinking;emphasizingpracticalapplicationsintheoreticalcourses，transformingabstractinto concrete，promotingiovation；integratingmathematicalandideologicalthinking，transforminggoodintoexcelent，promoting excellnce；andadoptingdiverseassessmentprocesses，transformingsingularityintoplurality，promotingotivation.These inovativemeasuresefectivelyaddressthepainpointsincourseteaching，ensuring thecontinuousimprovementof student learningoutcomesandcoursequality，andhavebenawardedthefirstbatchofnational-levelfirst-classudergraduatecourses， and Second Prize in the National Higher Education Teaching Innovation Competition.
