Abstract：Atpresent，theArtificialInteligence（AI）talentsareinurgentneedwithlargeamountandhighquality.The characteristicsofrapidknowledgeupdateandhighpersomeleliminationrateinthisfieldhavetriggeredthedemandfor upradingthetheoreticalresearchsystemandtalenttrainingmechanisminuniversities.Asthemainexporterofscientific theories，universitiesareinlackoftheforesightandtheoreticalindependencecomparedtotraditionalmathematicalandphysical sciencesinthefieldofAI.Theartifcialintelligencemajoremergedrelativelylate.Thecourseframeworkisoftenorganizedby thecombinationofcomputerscienceandstatistics，etc.andthereisstillroomforimprovementintermsofsystematicness.This paperproposesaconceptofcultivatingartfcialinteligencetalentswithself-growthabilitybasedontheSino-GemanjointAI Roentgen ClassBaseof Shenzhen TechnologyUniversity，weproposetheconceptof "mutual-enhancementbetweenindustryand academy"toenhancethedominantabilityintalentstrainingandthedevelopmentintechnologies.Weestablishaclosedloopof "disciplineonstruction-enterpriseintershipevaluation-campusupgrading-jobsearchcoperation-disciplineconstruction" fortheundergraduates，ithascompletedthe"secondarycycle"growthprocessofundergraduatestudentsinuniversitiesandthe industrialsector.Ontheonehand，cultivatingundergraduatestudentswithgrowthvitalityhas，fromthesource，weimprovethe employmentrateandlong-termcompetitivenessoftheundergraduates.Ontheonehand，amorereasonabledisciplinary frameworkofeducationisbuilt，whichisabletomeettheneedsofsocietybutalsoensuretheforward-lookingandindependent natureofuniversitiesasresearchandteachingvenues，formcomplementarycoperationwiththeindustrialsector，andconsolidate the theoretical advantages ofuniversities.
