Abstract：Intodayseraofapidtechnologicaladvancement，geophysics，asaninterdisciplinaryfieldofstudy，isinceasingly underscoredinimportance.Toadapttothistrend，educationingeophsicsmustcontiuallundergoreformsandinnovatios.The "OneCompetition，OneLesson"teachingmodelisanatemptatanewteachingmethod.Firstly，the"OneCompetition，One Lesson"modelcanstimulatestudents‘interestinleaminggeophysics.Traditionalteachingmethods，ofenleture-based，tendto positionstudentsaspassiverecipients，easilyleadingtolearning fatigueandaversion.Incontrast，the"OneCompetition，One Lesson"model，byincoporatingcompetitionactivelyengagesstudentsinteirleaning，ehancingtheinterestandchalegeof learning.Secondlyismodellsimprovesudentspracticalabiliteandprofessonalskill.Intecompeitonstudentsuse profesionalsoftwaretoprocessrealdatacollctedinthefield.Thisnotonlyteststheirunderstandingofteknowledgebutalso enhancestheirpracticalskill.Moreover，the"OneCompetition，OneLesson”modelcultivatesstudents'innovativethinking.In thecompetition，studentsmustcontinuouslyadjusttheiraproaches，trydiferentprocessingprocedures，andchooseiferent parametersfordataprocessingtoachievehebestresults，thusfosteringtheircreativityandinovativecapabilities.Lastlythis modelalsoprovides teachers withmoreteachingresourcesandmethods.Teacherscanunderstandstudentsleamingsituationsand practicalablitiestroughthecompetition，adjustingteachingcontentandmethodstimelytomaketeachingmorecloselyaligned withstudents‘needsandrealitesInsummary，the"OneCompetition，OneLesson"teachingmodelisanefectiveteaching methodthatcanstimulatestudents‘interestingeophysics，enhancepracticalabilitiesandinovativethinking，layingasolid foundation for their future development.
