Training robotic-assisted surgery nurses：a scope review

AbstractObjective：Tosummaizetheesearchontrainingoboticistedsurgerynursesathomeandabroad，andtoprovide referenceforestablishing thetraining system robotic-asistedsurgery nurses.Methods：A systematic search was conductedon researchsrelatedtothetrainingoboticasistedsurgeryursesinPubMed，WebScience，CINAHL，theCochaneLibraryina BiomedicalLiteratureDatabase，CNKI，VIPdatabaseandWanFangdatabase.ThesearchperiodwasestablisheduntilNovember15， 2023.AndtheliteraturewasselectedandtheinformationextractedResults：Atotal27literatureswereincluded.Theresultssowed thattheexistingtraingroboticasistedsurgerynurseslackedsientifictheoreticalbasisandcostructionmetods.Andthece standardsfortraining subjects were notuniform.The training chiefly focusedonroboticsurgery.Asmallnumber trainings coveringnon-technicalskils.Therewerevarioustrainingmethods，mainlytraditionalteaching.ThelengthandcycletrainingVaried greatly.Theadmissionstadardtrainingteacherswasnotperfect.Theasessmentmethodsweremainlytheoryassessmentandsil assessment.Theexloratiotrainngefectasstillimited.Concusins：Theexistingtrainngprogamsforroboticaistedgry nurseswerenotscientificandnormative.Inthefuture，acomprehensiveandstandardizedtrainingprogramforrobotic-asistedsurgery nursesshouldbeconstructedusingscientifcmethodsonthebasisrelevantteachingtheoresandcombinedwithclinicalneedsfroma multidisciplinary perspective.
