AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheapplicationeffectofteachingmethod basedonBOPPSmodelinstandardizedtrainingof geriatriccaregivers.Methods：AtotalofOOgeratriccaregivrsintheFistHospitalofShanxiMedicalUniversityfroJanuarytoJune 2024wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.otall5OgeriatriccaregiversrceivedtrainngfromJanuarytoMarchO24wereelectedas thecontrolgroup.And5OgeriatriccaregiversreceivedtrainingfromApriltoJune2O24wereselectedastheobservationgroup.The geriatriccaregiversofcontrolgroupadoptedthetraditionalteachingmetod.Thegeriatriccaregiversofobservationgroupadoptedthe trainingteachingodelbasedontheBPSmodel.Theresultsofteoreticalandperationalassessmentutonomicleaingability andsatisfactionwereomparedbetweethetwogroups.Results：Thescoresoftheoreticalandoperationalasessment，autonomic learningabilityand satisfaction ofgeriatriccaregivers in observation group were higher than those in control group .Conclusions： TheapplicationofteachingmethodbasedonBOPPPSmodelinstandardizedtrainingof geriatriccaregiverscouldimprovethe examination results and autonomic learning ability of geriatric caregivers，and improve the teaching effect.
