AbstractObjectie：Tostudtheclinicalefectofnegativepresurevenous indwelingneedledrippunctureinvenipunctureofelderly patients.Methods：Atotalof2OOelderlypatientshspitalizedinourhospitalfromApril2O21toApril2023 wereselectedasrsearch subjects.Theywererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobervationgroup，OOcaseseach.Inthecontrolgroup，thecoetional venous identationnedlepuncturewasused.And intheobservationgroup，thenegativepressure venous indwelingneedledrippuncture wasused.Thesuccessrateofpuncture，idwelingtimeof venous indwelingneelepainscore andstifactionofptients during puncturewerecompared betweenthetwo groups.Results：Thesucessrateof puncture，etentiontimeandsatisfactionofpatients in observation group were higher than those in control group P<0.05） 0.There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups（ P>0.05） .Conclusions：The negative pressure venous indweling needle drip puncturecould efectively improve the success rateof difcultvenouspunctureinelderlypatients，prolongtheidwellngimeofenusidwellngneedle，andimprovethesatisfactionof patients.
