Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension：a network Meta-analysis

AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallevaluatetheefectsofclnicalcommonlyused Chinesemedicinenursing interventiononblood pressureinelderlypatientswithhypertensionMethods：RCTarticlespublisedinCNKI，VIP，WanFangDataPubMed，Webofcience andtheCochraneLibraryonimprovinghypertensionofelderlypatintsreferingthecomparing7kindsofnursinginterventionincuding moxibustionacupresure，Baduanjin，traditionalChinesemedicineauriculartherapy，Guasha，TaiChindChineseherbalacupoint applicationwithroutietreatmentwereretrieved.AndretrievalimewasfromdatabaseestablishmenttoMarch1O，O23.Literature screning，dataextractiondevaluatiooftheiskofiasinteincudedsuieswerecaiedout.TenetworkMetanalysdsuface underthecumultiverankingcurveareawereusedtocompareandranktheefectiveness.Results：Atotalof32articleswereultiately included.Theresultsofthenetwork Meta-analysisshowedthatamongthe7traditional Chinesemedicinenursingintervention， acupressurehadthebestefectonimprovingbloodpressureinelderlypatientswithhypertensive.Intermsofsystolicbloodpresure control，thetohioffeiessreoeioaleatcuessureialtrmtrbal acupointplication，ndonventoaltreatentGuashainder.Itesofstolicbloodpreureontrol，thetopthreitsof effectiveessereonvetioaltreatmentcupressureoventioaltreatmentoibustionndonvetionaltreatmetie herbalacupontaplicatioderItsofeducingteoreoftraioalCnesemedicinesymptomcomplex，Guashaadebest effect.Conclusions：ExistingevidencesshowedthatclinicalcommonlyusedChinesemedicinenursinginterventionhadtheirown characteristicsinimprovingbloodpresureofelderlpatientswithypertensionAndacupresurehastebstefectinimproingblood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.
