AbstractObjective：Toexplorethediferentcategoriesandinfluencingfactorsoffamilymanagementofchildrenwithhearing impairment.Methods：FromMarchtoNovember2O23，atotalof224parentsofchildrenwithhearingimpairmentwereselectedfromthe hearingcenterofatertarygradeAhospitalinTaiyuancityand4rehabilitationinstitutionsforspecialchildreniTaiyuanciyand ChangzhicityGeneraliforationuestioaire，F(xiàn)amilyanagementMeasure（FaM），amilyesetDevice-GeneralFuctioal （FAD-GF）wereusedforquestionnaireinvestigation.Latent profileanalysis wasused toclasifyfamilymanagementofchildrenwith hearingimpairment.Logisticregressionanalysiswasusedtoexploretheinfluencigfactosofdiferentfamilymanagementcategoriesof childrenwithhearingimpaiment.ResultsFamilymanagementofchildrenwitharingimpaientcouldbdividedintotrecategoies： high-efficiency management and low-impact group （39.3%） ，struggling management-impact group （41.1%） and low-efficiency management and high-impact group （19.6%） .Ageofchildren，primarycaregiver，father'sinvolvement，parentaljobchange，monthlyfamilyincome，mother's educationlevelandfamilyfunctionweretheinfluencingfactorsoffamilymanagementstyleforchildrenwithhearingimpaiment P< 0.05）.Withparetaljobange，lowmatealdcatiolowthrsolveent，lowfmilyothlycoeandfilyuctite familymanagementstyleofhearingimpairedchildrenhadahigherprobabilityofbelonging tothelow-eficiencymanagemenand high-impact group.The family management style of hearing impaired children aged ？3 years old had a higher probability of belonging to thehigh-effciencymanagementandlow-impact group.Conclusions：Therewasheterogeneityinfamilymanagementofchildrenwith hearingimpairment.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofdierentfmiliesursescouldprovidetagetedursingsupportandproesioal education to improve the family's disease management.
