AbstractObectiveToanalzeteefetsofitergeneratioalsupport，epresionandteirinteractiosonocialisoatioinhe elderly.Methods：totalof133elderlypeoplefrom8communitiesinHefeicityereinvestigatedbygeneraldataquestioaire， LubbenSocialNetworkScale，ItergeeratioalSpportScaleandGeriatricepreionScaleResults：etotalsoreofoliolain in this group was （12.26±4.95） .Therewere 465 elderly peoplewith social isolation （41.0% ）.There were 837 elderlypeople with good intergenerational support （73.9%） .And3O4elderlypeople had depression （26.8% ）.After controlling forrelated confounding factors， Logisticregressosodthatoitergeneratioalsupprtadepressrethinfuencigfctosofocialsolatioiterly 0 P<0.05 0.Theresultsofinteractionanalysis showed thatpoor intergenerational supportanddepresion hadanadditiveinteractionon social isolation in the elderly P<0.05 0.Conclusions：Intergenerational support and depression were the risk factors of social isolation in theelderly.And they had anadditive interaction.
