AbstractOjective：Totraslatethe21-itemChalengestoStoppingSmokingScale（C-21）intoCineseandtotestitsalidityd reliablityMetods：eCineseversionfCwasfoedtroughtraslation，acktraslatioandulturaladaptationotalof 506smokersorex-smokerstreatedinhospitalsfromDecember2O23toApril2O24wereselectedastheresearchsubjectstotesthe reliabityandvalidityoftheChineseversionofC-21.Results：TheCineseversioofCS-1includedtodimensiostal chalengeandextealchalenge，ithatotalof2items.Thescale-evelcontentvalidityindex（S-CVI）wasO.941.Andtheit-level contentalidityindex（I-CVI）rangedfromO.820to1o.Exploratoryfactoranalysis extractedtwocommonfactors witheigenvalue>1. And the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 61.519% .Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well. The Cronbach'acoeficientofthesalewasO.939.AndtheretestrelablitywasO.880.Concusios：TheChineseversinCSS-2dgood reliabilityndvliityItouldeldentiftetealadetalhlngcedbyidivalsineprosfoppging， so as to develop more personalized and efective stopping smoking intervention strategies.
